His opportunity to enter the coffee industry changed his life completely. He started at Moc Coffee Roastery in 2018, where he began to see flaws in coffee that he hadn’t noticed before. This piqued his interest, and when he discovered SCA competitions, he was inspired by the professional aspect of the business.
