Italian espresso equipment powerhouse Rocket Espresso has recently unveiled its latest offerings at the HostMilano event in Italy – two commercial grinders, Rocket Stelvio and Rocket Stelvio Élite, and a home grinder, Rocket Gravo. Let’s dive into the details of these new machines.

The Rocket Stelvio and Rocket Stelvio Élite are tall, robust commercial grinders standing at 638 millimeters (25.1 inches). They feature 68-millimeter flat burrs spun by a 550-watt motor in the Stelvio and 83-millimeter flat burrs powered by a 750-watt motor in the Élite, making it Rocket’s fastest grinder at 6 grams per second. Both models boast 1.5-kilogram-capacity hoppers and 3.5-inch touchscreens. Noticeable similarities between these Stelvio grinders and Macap’s flagship Supra line are a result of the two brands’ collaboration, as they share the same portafilter fork and microswitch due to their shared use of Macap’s proven grinding technology.

Rocket Gravo, on the other hand, is a grind-by-weight grinder designed for high-end home users but capable of light commercial duty. Its unique features include blind 63-millimeter flat burrs, a textured collar at the hopper base, inlaid side panel details, an open exit chute, and more stylistic elements that showcase its advanced technical capabilities and inner strength.

Rocket also showcased the Rocket Spluga professional grinder, launched at the 2024 World of Coffee event, which served as the official machine for the World Coffee in Good Spirits Championship in 2024 and 2025. The brand’s focus is now on launching and consolidating these latest products while continuing to develop new technologies aimed at enhancing performance, user experience, and design innovation across their range.

Rocket Gravo stands out for its advanced technical capabilities and stylish design elements.
